Nina hires her friends, but lets take a moment to wonder why...EUREKA when the company is sold off (which is inevitable at this point), all of her cronies will have a huge pay day. the rest of us will have spent the last few years making them rich and with a tarnished brand on our resumes. all legitimate ideas that are presented to Nina are shot down with no explanation. seriously - you could spend weeks developing a proposal and she will take one look at it and call it stupid. gossipers and cliques run rampant. new policies are intended to further isolate employees instead of boost the already recognized morale issue, such as no notification when an employee leaves or joins a team. this is clearly an attempt to keep current employees in the dark about just how many people are leaving.
