Vantaggi

None that I can think of, unless you want a good laugh, just to come on board to see it to believe it.

Svantaggi

Many! An absurdly cruel management style towards employees. Starts with abusive sour cruel sentiments from the "so called" President, and spreads like toxic sludge to all levels within the company. If you have feelings, you are not going to like working here, because employees are treated like dirt, to keep the President and his flying monkeys employed. Always someone else's fault, when the "biggest" over paid problem is sitting right before your eyes. Sit in a sales meeting, watch the President scream and yell at the sales people, stomp around, slamming objects and "demanding" performance from his pathetically abused sales team. The sales people just sit with vacant looks in their faces and take it, shaking in fear, that they could lose their jobs. It is the most abusive environment that I have ever witnessed in a business. Customers, likewise, treated like dirt under Frontier's feet. Customers are unwittingly tricked, do not know that investors have been purchasing homes, then move in, to discover homes not being kept up.

Vantaggi

• You really get lured in by some very nice headhunters, and talks of “how the company has changed”, all the perks, the "great culture," the "family-oriented atmosphere," and talks of the massive quarterly bonuses- (which you will NEVER see.) • Benefits are priced pretty well. And you will need them for all the anxiety and stress you will incur at this job! • I met some great people here who, although unhappy in their positions, will likely be friends for a long time.

Svantaggi

• Regardless of what department you choose to work for, it will feel like the most unhappy and miserable department in the company. There is no training, no work-life balance, no managerial support, or employee development. • HR department does little to address issues but plenty to limit liability • CFO believes that everyone should operate at their work stations with only a single computer monitor. It will take an act of God to get a second one, or any new hardware or job-specific software to do your job adequately. • Chances are you'll be told there is no budget to accomplish any of your job goals, as they pump millions into ridiculous things like lobby lighting or a $6000 custom shower door for the owner’s private office suite. • Definite "old boys club" of older white male execs who 'have been doing it this way for years, why change now?' • Sales slipping majorly, and no one knows how to fix it. • Departments constantly at major odds with each other, tons of ill feelings and resentment and a constant state of personal warfare • Execs are often unresponsive on all matters except those directly related to sales numbers and homes sold (or lack thereof) • You'll be hired for your revolutionary ideas but chastised and abused for speaking about them for fear of 'upsetting' others/managers. • Hiring brand new people into senior-level positions rather than promoting from within is throwing the company culture into disarray. • Massive revolving door culture and the “you’re fired!” Apprentice-style-TV-drama exists in the workplace, regardless of department. Don’t get too cozy, make any big plans or bring any personal effects to the office. You’ll just have to pack it all up in a few months when you resign or get fired. • Do not count on receiving any promised bonuses. The executives will fabricate reasons why they won’t be giving it to you. The explanation won’t make any sense, and the burden of proof will be on you to prove otherwise. • Customers are extremely dissatisfied with their homes, and no one stays with the company long enough to own the problem, or care. Homebuyers suffer the ultimate price!
