Do not question or comment on any issues to Senior Management if you want to keep your job. employees are coached as to what you are to say to Senior Leadership and it has to be only the glowing details as to protect your direct report from jeopardizing their job. Expect 24/7 with no compensation and what is vacation? Quality employees are jumping ship right and left and the ones left are the "left overs" that no one else wants.
