Huge corporation with no concern for employees - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Frontier

The company needs an entire overhaul. There are too many executives and not enough workers to do quality work. And as with every other year, workers were laid off again in the last quarter. There is no work life balance what so ever. Raises are slim. No bonuses. No incentive given.
