Short-sighted and just a hodge podge of mixed mesages and processes - Recensione dipendente - Supervisor/Manager presso Frontier

Inconsistent message. Plans change constantly. Under-staffed at the lower levels and stuffed full of VP's. There seems to be a pervasive thought that the hard working people I described above are thought to be just bodies and any body can be plugged into that position and do the work. They are vastly under appreciated. Plant record accuracy is getting rapidly worse in lieu of expediency and getting revenue. Dollars are directed to low return projects. I wonder if Frontier will exist in ten years?
