The company is in a state of constant change and reorganization making it very difficult to keep up with departmental contacts. As a Project Manager this makes things difficult inviting the right people to project meetings and when people drop of due to lay-off or re-organization there is no notification given. Additionally employees are being let go, as a "cost cutting" measure on a regular basis. As current employees are let go the company is either hiring "cheaper" full time or contracting out the work to less knowledgeable, less experienced people. You have to be a people manager to get an annual bonus with Frontier.
