had a disappointing experience with this company. Management is extremely inexperienced and tends to make impulsive, heavy-impact decisions without considering the human consequences. Leadership appears too young and unprepared for the responsibilities they hold, often acting in a cold and inconsiderate manner toward employees. There’s little empathy or professionalism in how serious matters are handled. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a fair, stable, or supportive work environment.
