Most of all it is a Fantastic opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives as it allows you to truly believe in peoples potential.

The only con that I can think of is the Travel component of the role. Because we deliver coaching to the front line it is important to be at the front line. This often means travelling to different sites and locations.
