A few of the individuals working there had a bad attitude which led to a cancerous work environment. There are good campaigns and bad campaigns to be assigned to which can hurt since commission majority of compensation

You have to sit on calls with clients to do introductions. This can be very time consuming if you book multiple meetings, or Meaningful Interactions as they call it.

The role in itself can be monotonous but the new leadership team had a delegative leadership style and encourage employees to utilize their creativity, resources, and strengths to help them meet their goals. They dont micromanage, rather they trust and rely on their employees to do their jobs with integrity and grit. Goals are very attainable so pay can be very lucrative. Offers great work-life balance.

Svantaggi

Fully remote position so can feel disconnected at times. Not enough team building activities or opportunities to get together with the team.
