Very low salaries, toxic work environment, the office lacks basic equipment and heating. The management acts very weirdly, as if they are part of a cult, commenting all of the employees' behaviour, professional and private. Every step of every employee is seen and graded. Very narrow-minded environment, text-book toxic.
