The firm provides great opportunities to learn independently. It is a good place to work; be prepared to work hard, though. It is great for someone who is single, not ready to settle down, and ready to buckle down on getting his/her CPA licensure. There is a lot of travel involved on the assurance side, technology is up-to-date, and opportunity for external work connection. After hours, the environment/culture is quite amiable. Remote work is an option as well.

There are times where, when good work is done, one can feel unappreciated by superiors. But, it is understandable, when learning, that there are speed bumps and upper management won't always have the time to help. It can feel like a sink-or-swim environment. If your learning pace is slow or you want an 8 to 5 job, this is not the place to work.
