Managers can't teach if they don't know much themselves and it shows. - Culture of fear: If you speak up you will be deemed not a "culture-fit" -General/pervasive unhappiness: Not many people are happy, which means there is a general underpinning of unhappiness everywhere. It's unhealthy to go to work in such a negative environment.
