The company offers plenty of training and you will learn a lot in the field as it relates to hands on troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Working in remote locations (In the field) where there are only few technicians or you the only technician can be challenging, because you may get a calls to distant locations several times a day when covering for other technicians when they are off on leave, this can result in calls for service being back up, while trying meet SLA's requirements. This would cause your work days to become very long because of the traveling back and forth. At some point time this can wear you out.
