I love this company because of its people. In a 39 year career, my 4 years at Fujitsu have been some of my most rewarding. Not for the salary and benefits, frankly I could (and have) earned much more elsewhere. I love it because I feels that they genuinely value their employees and want you to succeed. Opportunities are there to make an active contribution if you wish and ‘disruptors’ are welcomed

In an increasingly digitised marketplace Fujitsu are struggling to hold their place in the market and are having a bit of a mid life crisis. We must evolve or risk going the way of Nokia etc.... we still have outdated practices and processes that conflict with the new paradigm and that causes disconnects and discomfort especially where there are multiple change initiatives going on across the EMEIA region. Finding clear guidance on the overcomplex go to market offerings is bewilderingly mind bogglingly frustratingly painfully difficult
