Only Family members will get the best benefits..even if the management has to go out of the way to achieve that ! Bootlickers and management's relatives will get to go to Onsite and will get good appraisals!! no matter how hard you will work you will get squat !! Every one in the company is someone's CHACHA,MAMA,BHAI,BAHAN,AUNTY,UNCLE.!.. Managment is very unprofessional..! Specially the MIDDLE MANAGMENT ! J Also I will talk about the Resource management , they treat consultants like vegetables, They will put you on some project in remote location without your consent..and even sometimes without giving you prior notice about your transfer! ..you will work their like you are digging a coal mine..will make you stay in a room shared by 2 other people ! Join this company only if you know how to play with Nepotism and all other things I listed above.
