01. No projects or business pipeline 02. No strategy or vision to improve business (particularly in IMS) 03. Revengeful characters at top management 04. Favoritism and groupism 05. Location of the office is outside Pune and too many hasles to reach the Office 06. Too many politics and backstabbiling. You wouldn't even realize that you were victimized. 07. Leadership of IMS pathetic. Practice director working from home since 2-years or more citing ill health and still management tolerates him. 08. Zero risk taking ability. No willingness to build new services and want to live in a RUT. 09. You can live longer if you take care of your boss and boss's boss. 10. Most directors are racists by religion, region or caste. 11. No respect for good people and good ideas. 12. Senior management hiring people from single company e.g., Infosys, those worthless morons who would just listen and follow the footsteps of management idiots.
