People centred company with focus on improving life for employees, customers and the world in general. Work your way scheme which gives 1 hour of work time back to you for whatever you want. Company pension contribution is x2 of employee contribution (up to 5% employee & 10% company)

Shared service model of my job meant that I was working on about 4 teams simultaneously, with four different bosses, not great for productivity in my opinion and was kind of stressful. Salary was not reflective of the effort I put in either, I was easily able to get salary about 40% higher in another company within only few days of job hunting. Fujitsu did not even attempt to match salary. In this way I think their biggest sin is undervaluing their employees, which causes a decent number to move on when they should ideally be retained. This leads to problems of skills being lost. In IT this will continue to be a problem as more companies are willing to pay better salaries.
