1.The HR is known for not responding to employee grievances for months. Months! 2. Signed contracts are not entertained as per their convenience. So don't mind the offer letter you sign while joining because it may change as per their fancy anytime 3. Despite outstanding performance and recognitions, deserving employees get 3-5% appraisal. It is expected that recognition will be rewarding enough 4. Hired with a lot of verbal assurances that you are compelled to join. Eventually you get absolutely no support! 5. My mental health has worsened in the past year because of the treatment
