It can be a bit overwhelming in when you are given live projects directly. Stress levels can be high with the sort of responsibilities you are assigned. But it's an overall good learning experience. If you are the sort of person who loves comfort zones, then this place is not for you.

There are lot of things to appreciate in FullThrottle Labs.. Have been working with various startups and this one is the best by far. Friendly Management, Free Food, Good Salary, Annual Bonus, Weekly Activities, Monthly Outings... Name it, you have it..!!

No cons as of now.. work-life balance is to be worked on but I am getting to learn a lot here so again its not really an issue.
