Vantaggi

I had a great run at Fullpath. Leadership genuinely cares, the solutions deliver real results (seriously), and the team feels like family - even if we were a little scrappy on the sales team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping dealers win, you’ll do well here. The company is growing fast, which means there are a lot of moving parts, but if you’re adaptable and proactive, you’ll find a ton of opportunity. I learned a lot here - about the automotive Saas sales space (this was my first leap into a sales position after a decade on the other side of the biz), about leadership, and about being part of something that’s constantly evolving - and international! Proud to have been part of the journey of growing Fullpath!

Svantaggi

Would have liked to have had more connections with the product teams in Israel.

Vantaggi

- Solid product in a difficult industry - Great experience in AI - Solid medical/PTO/sick time

Svantaggi

- Raises are only given to the "top 1% of the company" meaning that commitment and hard work will get you nowhere (financially). To get even a meager 3% raise, you need to be going above and beyond your role requirements (leading a new project, etc.). - Above statement renders their performance review process useless. I "exceeded expectations" for 2 years and never received a change in compensation (even got a promotion during this time). Essentially there is no financial incentive to exceed expectations versus simply doing the bare minimum. - Bottom line: The company is cheap and will do whatever they can to squeeze more out of less. I've worked in start up's most of my career and I fully understand the difference between frugality and cheapness. Every all hands meeting leadership would be preaching how well the company is doing and all the successes they've had, yet they cannot afford to give yearly raises to those who deserve it? I left and found a better paying job.
