      -you work with extremely smart, dedicated, helpful, and kind people -get to work on a lot of different types of projects -excellent work/life balance, flexibility, benefits -you will learn a ton

      -pay is lower than at other places -not really a con, but small office size means you will have to interact with your coworkers as people!

      For the most part there are not too many items to list as a downside--the benefits are not as extensive as at a large company or corporation.
