Perfect line of work for someone who's trying to get started on a fulfilling career -- it was for me. FunctionFox is a nice place to be and somewhere I was extremely sad to leave.
Management has an extremely pragmatic skillet and they pay close attention to the well being of their employees. Staff have a great relationship with the leadership team, so you're not hearing slander behind anyone's back.
I'd never leave if I had family & such. You'll have a job that's super flexible, comfortable, and offers gradual progression that does make you want to stay. I enjoyed going to work each and every day.
