* Steep learning curve - quite a lot of intro talks when you onboard and it can feel like a deluge of information * Diversity - from my view point, there does seem to be a lack of diversity at the moment (BIPOC in particular). That being said - it is clear to see that there are movements within the company to diversity and review our recruitment pool * Working hours - 9-6 is the expected working hours. This con can be taken with a pinch of salt. The reason I'm highlighting it is that I've come from a previous job where the hours were 9-5, so the extra hour took a bit of adjusting to
