Across every department of the business you meet smart, engaged, friendly people, always willing to help and collaborate. Our CEO's passionate and down-to-earth nature trickle down through the company. Work/life balance is respected by all, which only goes to improves employee wellbeing and productivity. Great career development opportunities and supportive managers, combined with good compensation and benefits. Employees truly care about helping small businesses and live this through the company values.

      The mission of helping small business owners succeed is easy to get behind.

      Many people in senior management didn't know what they were doing and were very ego driven, but had the right background to get where they were. It was hard to get things done if you weren't in the right clique, which was somewhat determined by your background and nationality. Very slow to make decisions for a company that wasn't very big.
