Every day we strive to maintain a culture of love and respect for all employees where feedback and opinions, both negative and positive are sought after and valued. We strive to be an open and inclusive workplace. Year end and year out we have been recognized nationally, by Great Place to Work® which is the national global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors. To acquire certification, our employees completed an anonymous survey in which they rank the workplace culture, leadership, benefits, and other factors within the company. In addition, our workplace continues to receive state recognition annually as one of the “Best Companies® to Work for in Texas,” which is driven in large part by anonymous employee surveys, as well! And finally, in 2022 our company received the inaugural “Best Workplace in the Big Country,” by the Abilene Chamber of Commerce.
