Show is getting old. Career skills will stagnate. You won't be respected outside when you decide to re-enter the real global workforce. Top competitive companies/leading Fortune 100-500's do not respect LF nor its executive leaders. Colleagues are dinosaur age in conventional ways of thinking. Super old school, Chinese company. Stale energy/qi. Leaders are paranoid and insecure. Get out quick and don't look back!
