-Working within the music industry is interesting -Modern office/casual dress code/dog friendly office

Svantaggi

-It's such a tiny company (10 office employees) so there is no upward mobility/career prospects -Really high turnover rate for the company size. Management frequently fires employees unexpectedly and gives that work to other employees with no compensation -Owner of the company has a temper and is very greedy. You can hear him screaming in other offices -Sales team had their commission taken away with no explanation -Furnace has not changed their systems or processes since the company was much smaller and its hard to manage the workload -Management is a mess and a lot of sudden/unexpected changes within the company that tend to turn out bad -Subpar salary and no regular schedule on performance reviews -Passive aggression between management and employees during useless daily staff meetings where employees are forced to share "improvements"

Little to no career growth and advancement opportunities. No real HR there Very high turnover for the company’s size, employees are often let go suddenly, and their workload is redistributed without additional pay or recognition. Leadership lacks professionalism; outbursts and reactive decision-making create an uncomfortable work environment. Systems and processes have not scaled with company growth, leading to inefficiencies and burnout. Frequent last-minute changes from management often result in confusion and extra work. Below-average pay with no consistent structure for performance reviews or raises. "Lean Manufacturing" daily meetings felt unproductive
