Friendly and caring co-workers. Managers were very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The culture and environment was fun, friendly, engaging, and professional. I gained so much knowledge in my six months as a Remote Medical Banking Specialist, processing various medical and health savings accounts, and assisting members by educating them on how to properly manage their accounts and insurance claim reimbursements, processing provider payments, and guiding members through their online accounts through the Further member portal. The members were also warm and friendly and for the most part, were quite satisfied with the services afforded to them by Further through their employers. This made my position as a team member at Further providing an exceptional and excellent customer service experience to the organization and its customers.

Would have loved to continue working with them. Further was merging with competitor HealthEquity at the time I was employed as a contractual seasonal agent and agents were already selected to continue with HealthEquity. The pay was okay for the position because I was hired through an agency. The standard pay offered was much lower as a permanent employee.
