Great career launcher and good for right out of undergrad to get experience

Most experienced hires left Growth is limited by years of experience Culture was crushed

- Great client portfolio, better people to work with - Work that is somewhat rewarding PMG/Momentum, the company that owns Further, finally announced that a majority of executive leadership has been separated/exited recently. There were so many negatives with prior leadership (unclear direction, consistent layoff rounds, toxic reviews of Further's leadership, etc) that the company that owns Further most likely said I had enough. Hopeful that the company now can turn around to be a good data engineering company that doesn't continuously spin good employees around and actually retains the people based on good, data-driven decisions rather than spending a majority of its time gaslighting employees with unclear and dramatic changes.

- Near future potential employees BEWARE, at least in the short term Since they are mainly leaderless now, direction in the company is in the void until someone can come up with an operational strategy on what's next. They may already have one cooking but at the time at the Momentum level, work continues but the direction is still unknown.
