Ummm… that’s a tough one. I like everyone on my team.

I’m over 30 years old and have an executive that micromanages me and my team. She gets visibly agitated (I would say angry) when she feels things are not going the way she would like. She had even hung up in the middle of team calls when she doesn’t like ann answer. Our team is extremely professional and good at what we do, yet, she makes us feel like idiots. Many executives have been fired recently, and somehow she is hanging on. Maybe that’s why she’s so upset… she wants to get fired so she can can get severance. Who knows. 401k match is a joke. Salaries are a joke. Camaraderie has gone away. I am holding onto hope that our new ceo will move us in the right direction.

Great people who are very dedicated and easy to connect with, good pay for my role, standard benefits, enjoyable work, leadership seems to be turning around with new direction (especially in HR).

Svantaggi

Moving at a fast pace, so makes some uncomfortable if they'd rather sit and do the same thing every day.

Individual department leaders and cultures (at least mine) are good.

Over the last year, this company has completely removed all of the original ELT and replaced it with former colleagues of their new CEO. The culture has all but disappeared and ELT has figured out a way to micromanage everyone through their departmental leaders. Feedback is not taken seriously, changes are made overnight that affect the whole company, and there is no accountability from ELT.
