Remote work, AWS tech stack, self managed teams, compensation was good

Too self managed. So much so, that there was really no direction at all. After years and years in their domains of 'expertise' there are still no signs of a product on the horizon and things are dire. Do not expect to code much here. Do expect to be asked to do anything and everything in about 2 weeks.

The culture is one you could not be able to find elsewhere, employees at Fuseforward are highly intelligent. Plenty of opportunities to grow. A very fast growing company lead by a true visionary. Razor sharp market focus, always open for new ideas and brainstorming sessions.

Not really a con, however, there is a lot to learn and people are very busy. It makes it hard to take advantage of the knowledge sharing.
