Collaborative, positive culture where people truly enjoy working together and celebrate wins as a group. Great coaching and mentorship — plenty of feedback, encouragement, and opportunities to improve. Strong sense of trust and communication across the team, making the work environment productive and enjoyable.

No cons at the moment

New CEO, CRO, CMO in the past 12 months have turned this company around. There was a lot of chaos and turnover at the executive level during this period of change but it has been worth it. Now the culture is one of openness, transparency and teamwork to build a winning business together. Company just released the results of an annual anonymous employee survey and is boosting 401(k) matching and pay raises in response to the feedback. Leadership really does care. Comp and benefits are at market. Very good culture.
