-Management is not professional. They will talk badly about employees to other employees and members of management about issues that are not work related during work hours. -The hours are brutal. 12 hours Mon-Fri and nearly every weekend including Saturday AND Sunday in most areas. -Morale is terrible. No one is happy to be there. -No discipline. A lot of employees drag their feet and don't do work as hard as their capable of and nothing is done about it. -Management plays favorites. -Benefits are not very good. Insurance is terrible. -Turnover is bad. Very rare for anyone to make it longer than 3 years. More temps than full-time employees. Never have enough people. -Night shift is often screwed over by day shift because most of the higher-ups are on day shift, including those who schedule the weekend work.
