Decent starting position for those looking to break into general IT support

Inconsistent methodologies and practically no documentation. Instruction comes exclusively from CEO

Vehicles are provided for use by techs.

Bad communication. Expected to be top level performer after 1 or 2 weeks with little training. Micromanaged to Nth power. Anything that goes wrong is employee's fault. Hostile work environment. When you arrive at a customers site, you are verbally attacked. Employer bullies employees. CEO is sole decision maker, employees have no say. Employees are not given current technology to use and this is a computer company that claims future technology. Employee's are given PC's from the disposal table to use for work.
