Lack of professionalism, with management bickering together in front of the team and belittling team members in group meetings. Inability or refusal to effectively structure company, leading to constant bottlenecks in every aspect of operation from pitching to development to qa. Every project features irresponsible 11th hour changes from CD devised off to the top of their head, showing no respect for employee's fatigue and lives outside of work. Expect the commitments of personal life to be consistently in conflict with this working environment. Expectation of employees is to work unlimited overtime hours to address these bottlenecks and late changes. When consistently approached by team members with constructive solutions to the above problems, management dissembles and lashes out, showing no desire for real change. Multiple occasions of employees being made to cry by management's treatment. Extremely high employee turnover.
