Other team members were great to work with.

Management was awful. Owner loves himself more than the employees and what they do for the firm. Has a first time meeting with groups of new employees and "allows" them to ask him one question. You're coached before hand to not ask anything he won't like. Ask about his art, that is the safest bet. He also won't allow employees to drink soda or bring in food they want. It has to be healthy.
