Does not put them on Support instead put them on real time development - Good opportunity to learn - Freehand to work in your own way. Every one is supportive - Pay hike is there provided your work is good and you are with the company. - Considers a lot and understands staff situation

- Have lots of responsibilities - Pay is ok but if you are getting an opportunity to learn...it is way better than being on bench or being on support

- work timing (if you are late by even 5 min they will be frustrated) - They pay very low and their expectations are very high. - you have to work 6 days in a week and if you take one day sick leave. They can terminate you. - No social life in the company
