Most of the people I work with are professional and kind. The product also has a lot of promise. Working 100% remote is also a plus.

They will ask you to do things that are well beyond your expertise without much guidance or help. As a result, you are constantly performing at a low level and feeling very stressed. Also, there are no standard work hours. You will start work very early to attend status meetings and then work late into the evening. Also feels like there's relatively little direction at the company. Not sure what the next shiny object is that we're all going to chase.

Not a lot of good reasons to work here.

Leadership creates a poor culture and the company is constantly in a state of unreset. This causes people to fight internally. They offer "stock" which really isn't a stock. They might give you a lot of units....like 25,0000 but they do not define the amount of total units and will not tell you.
