Good to hear from you! Futurewei has an environment that is constantly providing new challenges to its employees. This means hard work, but it’s this constant mental stimulation and need for problem-solving individuals that keeps our employees moving forward and enjoying their work. It does require time flexibility to work with team members in China, but there is a lot of reward to be able to work with a diverse team with different inputs from a variety of perspectives!
