8yWe're glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at Fuze and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. In early 2017, we determined a shift in resource allocation was needed to fund key strategic initiatives that will enable us to continue our 50% annual growth rate. As part of this shift in direction, we had to make some difficult decisions to transition a small percentage of our employees to new opportunities within the company. In some cases, there weren’t appropriate new roles or employees chose to leave Fuze. It is a strong tenant of our culture to care for our employees and to provide income continuation and benefits to assist them in transitioning to new opportunities.
