This company has serious cultural and management problems. Discrimination and racial bias are widespread, and leadership has done little to address these issues despite repeated concerns. Employees from diverse backgrounds often feel unsupported, dismissed, or targeted, creating a hostile and unsafe work environment. The toxic management style drives out talent at an alarming rate — the turnover here is extremely high. Many good employees don’t last long because of the lack of respect, accountability, and fairness. Instead of addressing the root causes, management continues the same harmful practices that push people away. HR offers little support, and complaints are brushed aside rather than investigated properly. The result is an unhealthy workplace where morale is consistently low, and employees feel undervalued and replaceable.
