The place has gotten a lot more soulless since being sold to private equity. The company now invests nothing towards professional development of engineers. The hours are long and the upper management encourages people to work unpaid overtime. I can see how much the company makes from projects and that is so far from the 3-5% yearly salary growth most people receive. Forget about flexibility to work from home and enjoy the office being laid out like a classroom making sure everyone looks busy, with upper management at one end and HR at the other.
