1. Management doesn't know what they want, striving for money and projects 2. Management doesn't understand the concerns of employees. They want employees to sit 24*7 in the office 3. Irrelevant people introduced in management who has experience in numbers of year, not the knowledge 4. No respect towards employee work. Sitting late night is the goal of Fyntune 5. Even management team is not in sync within themselves. 6. Timelines of the projects are as per the management though process. If they feel 2 months project need to be done in 1 week, they commit 1 week to client and ask developers to sit till 3-4 am. 7. Completing your task is not important, sitting late night does. 8. You wont get appreciation if you work honestly and carefully.
