Bad communication between management and staff, to many aspirations with not enough workforce to execute.

- Predatory towards students in the tech field. - Insistent on loyalty for a company that will break their back to not pay you. - Changes the Goal Post about projects, expectations, and pay. - Completely unorganized and all over the place. Never a clear goal on what you need to do. - Management treats workers with incompetence but they themselves are clueless on the services they sell. - Will leave you in the dark for months at a time and expect you to drop everything for them.
