Little hours with low pay

The only pro to working here was being able to wear whatever outfit you wanted.

There are so many things wrong with this company. They promote people to management that have no leadership skills or even bothered to train them so they didn't know how to run things. They let their positions get into their heads that they think they can do whatever they want with you, be hateful and most of all bullies. Management was so immature and gossiped making up lies about their co workers just to start drama. Then when you talked to them about the lies they've made, they were coward enough to deny it even though you had evidence. If they don't like you they try to turn the whole staff against you (were not little girls anymore). If you stand up for yourself, your hours get cut back so you can quit because they're too much of cowards to tell you. They keep you in a section and you can't move from that zone for 2 hours and if you talk to any coworkers you get in trouble. Also, they expected you to make G Stage your life! If you had an emergency, they didn't care and expected you to come into work and if you didn't you would get written up. No matter how many times you told them your availability, they would always get it wrong and blame you for it. Lastly, the discount sucks! You get only 10% off an item BUT ONLY a week after the store has had that item in the store.
