G&R has few of the best engineers, designers and sales professionals of Bangladesh. A great team is its strongest suit. G&R provides ample opportunities to its employees to grow. Anyone can work, learn and share knowledge with any team or person. It's one of the best places to explore different ideas and improve different skills in Bangladesh. There is no politics at G&R. No one is trying to take credit for another person’s work. It ensures that everyone loves their work and feel proud about it.

Being a small team, G&R doesn't always follow the proper processes in doing things. There are no strict processes for the designers or the developers. Which allows it to innovate faster and work flexibly but might not scale when the team gets bigger. G&R is not famous for its remuneration policy. Sometimes it feels that employees are not paid according to the standard or the hard work they do. It is understandable that not every day is a good day for business, still almost everyone here deserves more.
