- No or very very slow growth. The management seems to favour
only the new employees for promotions.
- Only one type of product development (gets boring after some yrs). Higher management has
no intention of product diversification and it is likely to stay like this for sure.
- A little less than industrial standard salary for a given designation.
- The company needs to hire good middle-level managers having broad mindsets and ensure such people stay for long.
- Product management needs to improve vastly.
- Poor documentation on products and the technical concepts used there-in.
