Confusing management, no flexi, but interesting work - Recensione dipendente - Design Engineer presso G3 Systems

Owner has many connections and is good about getting new clients and retaining many current clients. Able to get alot of work done with a small crew.

Would be nice to have benefits(such as Healthcare and PTO), compensation is below average.

Self belief that they’re a decent and honest company despite their attitudes and antics!

Cannot say anything other than what I witnessed from direct dealings with them. In my opinion... Dishonest management, varied in delivery type from bullying and threatening too weak and unresponsive to major issues. Witnessed threatening from management towards other employees, reported by some and observed by all, yet management in country and in the UK failed to investigate. Junior members being berated and publicly humiliated by senior management. Evidenced by site members, but again unchallenged. Morals and ethics of senior management needs a little bit to be desired, their behaviour was disgusting for so called respectable figure heads. Read your contract and ensure you get any follow up requests in writing!!!
