- Always calling to try and force you to work random shifts, despite being listed as unavailable for those times - Switching shifts with little notice - Calling mid - shift to tack on more hours - Serious lack of experienced people to work at more demanding sites - Serious lack of compensation for work - Will ask you to come in 30 minutes after phone call to work a 14 hour overnight, when you have 8 hours of classes starting an hour after that. Belligerent when told that you are unable to do so and constantly ask why, also stating that others have worked longer shifts. Like I'm supposed to care what others do. - Lack of opportunities that are actually worthwhile
