Worst company I have ever worked in. I have had the experience to work in 4 other organization I left organizations to grow professionally but at G4S I left to save my career this is the dier fact. Dishonest organization worked at G4S for 2 Years was lied about the work technologies and quality of work when joining but soon I realized it was worse than that with no processes no ability in management to drive a project just a worse organisation to work into . Unprofessional management dire micromanagement strategies . You will be asked to do any work and forced to stretch and work with favoritism ruining your evenings. HR is the worst part of this organization they are dishonest and really unprofessional. They treat employees as the nails on their toe and constantly misbehave if by chance you get into an interaction. Please review your salary annexure it is very smartly drafted to make you miss out on various key elements but still being counted as your CTC and look exciting. (in bold) You must not miss 3 month Notice period. HR will make it impossible for you to negotiate while resigning even after your manager acceptance to let you go. Even in few cases whom they allowed to leave they cheated them while full and final settlement . Do not join G4S is my suggestion you can be at a bad place of work but please do not stop your career and get stuck in this organization it will end your growth and you will lag behind all the competitions.
